Booking & Deposit Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients to secure their appointments. This amount will be
credited toward the total service fee.
No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 80% of the full set price and result in the forfeiture of
your deposit.
To rebook after a no-show, the no-show fee must be paid in advance.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
If we do not receive a reply within 24 hours of our confirmation message, your appointment may be
canceled.

Fix & Satisfaction Policy
If youre not satisfied with your service, we offer one complimentary fix within 48 hours of your appointment.
Please contact us immediately with photos for assessment and touch-up arrangements.
After 48 hours, standard rates apply for any adjustments.

Card Fee Notice
A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit/debit card transactions.
We also accept Zelle and cash with no additional charge.

Before Your Appointment
Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup.
Mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow must be completely removed before your appointment.
Residual makeup can affect the quality and retention of your lash extensions.

No Guests Policy
For the safety, comfort, and focus of both clients and technicians, guests, children, and pets are not allowed
in the treatment room.
Please arrive alone to your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Aftercare: Lash Extensions
Avoid water, steam, and oil-based products for 2448 hours.
Do not rub, pull, or sleep face-down on lashes.
Gently brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie.
Clean your lashes every 23 days with lash-safe cleanser.
Avoid mascara and lash curlers.
Refills every 23 weeks are recommended to maintain fullness.

Aftercare: Brows (Tattoo, Tint, Lamination)
Keep your brows dry for 24 hours after your appointment.
Avoid makeup or creams for 3 days.
Avoid sweating, saunas, and sun exposure for 7 days.
Do not pick or scratch healing skin.
Apply the provided ointment as directed.
For tint or lamination: Avoid brow products or washing for 24 hours.

No-Show & Late Cancellation
A no-show is when a client fails to arrive without contacting the salon in advance.
Multiple no-shows may result in denied future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled.
Late arrivals will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
